What is unique about Shimmer and the work you all are doing?
The Health and Wellness Coaching Podcast | You Deserve to Shimmer: ADHD Coaching
Alexandra Bellitter: How to answer that in a succinct way. I would say the the main thing is that it's solely dedicated to neurodivergent people. A lot of times, neurodivergence ends up being like a footnote or just a specialty that a couple people might be familiar with. This is a place where that shines. It's something that's largely part of a lot of people's identity, so it being a footnote doesn't always do it justice. So having one spot where you know everything is created around neurodivergence and is accessible, made for you, I would say that's really the the stand apart thing is it's specific. And our entire platform, both for clients and coaches, is with neurodivergence in mind and working from a neurodiversity paradigm framework. So we're not pathologizing it. We're embracing it. This is something to look at your strengths, celebrate. Of course, there's challenges, but it's about developing self awareness, compassion, and really looking at the relationship our members have with being neurodivergent and, just increasing the confidence that they feel with their identity. Yeah.
Neal Sundberg: I I love that, and I love what you captured there, which is it's one thing that just have, like, a training on something such as neurodiversity, but to to really have that embedded in in all that you do, I I think, is a huge strength of Shimmer and the work that you all are doing, which will bring us to the next question here is, as a a coach, how do you support someone, with ADHD?
